The public house, whose name, The Moorhen, was inspired by a nearby lake is now owned by Wolverhampton-based Marstons Brewery, an independent brewer noted for its real ales. The pub is located in Hampton Vale, Peterborough.

- The public house has an unusual mixture of themes with one area designed with pictures from old Carry On films and the other with artefacts from the jungle.
