Central Trades Limited is a specialist labour resource that is used by many of the contracts carried out by the R G Carter Group. It allows the direct employment of local and labour only subcontractors on fair and safe terms, while recognising the flexibility of employment that is inherent in the construction industry. It affords incentives to train apprentices and operatives, encouraging the development of both skills and careers and fosters greater employee satisfaction. Central Trades cover all disciplines including bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, painting, cleaning, ceilings and drylining. They are also an approved Kingspan TEK installer. |
