R G Carter Wins Contract to Renovate Norfolk County Hall

Major renovation works are to begin at County Hall in Norwich in April 2013, after R G Carter was awarded the prestigious contract.

The Norfolk County Council building was originally constructed by the Firm and officially opened by the Queen in 1968.

The building’s facilities will be completely modernised and the internal layout re-modelled, with repairs also being carried out to the concrete exterior.

Once the project is complete in 2015, the council plans to centralise its staff in County Hall.
