Health & Safety

Our health and safety systems are structured to enable engagement with all members of our workforce and supply chain through involvement, training, communication and awareness, making ours a culture to look after and consider each other as well as the environment and the community we work in.

Our team of health, safety and environment professionals, headed by our Health and Safety Director, are always on hand to support our employees with guidance, advice and training.

All our business activities are regularly audited. These audits measure legal and policy compliance and ensure promotion of best practice and initiatives to raise awareness and ensure health, safety and environment remain high on our corporate agenda.

Our health and safety steering committee provide company wide communication and continually review and set policy in line with business and legal change. This committee meets at least every three months.

Over 50 of our senior managers have passed the NEBOSH construction certificate in a two year rolling programme.

We are committed to reducing accidents and incidents on site through training and raising awareness.
