Technical Support is an in-house team providing the following services to the R G Carter Group: -
i) Value engineering;
ii) Design assessment and verification;
iii) Materials testing and engineering;
iv) Temporary works design/coordination;
v) Clerk of works duties;
vi) Technical training;
vii) Supplementary site investigations
viii) Building services

We are looking for Services Engineers with experience in the construction industry. Working out of our Kings Lynn office, you will spend the majority of time visiting sites assessing projects on behalf of our operating companies across East Anglia. You will be responsible for the building services at all stages of the project, where your practical knowledge will be pivotal to the construction teams. All levels of experience will be considered.

vi) Clerk of works duties;
vii) Technical training;
viii) Supplementary site investigations
ix) Building services

We are looking for Engineers/Technicians/Designers to join our Technical Support Team to undertake one or more of the support services noted. Working out of our Norwich, Kings Lynn and/or Bury St Edmunds offices, you will have a full and active role in providing the Technical Support Services to our operating companies based predominantly in East Anglia. This is an opportunity to get involved in all stages of a project where your technical/design knowledge will be central to project success. All levels of experience will be considered.
