R G Carter leads the construction industry with our attitude, investment and approach to training. We currently have over 60 management technicians and 63 apprentices who are educated in-house at the Carter Academy. The Academy delivers NVQ's and Foundation Degrees, as well as all of our health and safety, first aid and other training courses.
In 2007 we were voted Employer of the Year by the East of England Construction Skills Forum. |
