In the picturesque market town of Framlingham in Suffolk, farming and construction brokers Fram Farmers Ltd are having a new extension added to their headquarters by our Building Solutions team.
This organisation is adding growing space for the company to expand, with a 8x8m three-storey addition to its main headquarters building, a new one story canteen space at the rear and internal remodelling of the ground floor toilets.
Sat on the flood plain, extension ground works have had to be put in place to drive water off the site, including 14m piles (delivered by GM Piling ) and precautions such as anti-flood air bricks.
The team can be seen here having completed the main steel structure and working on the brick and block infill using our in-house trades.
