We are delighted to have won the award for Best Project Delivering Social Value at the recent Pagabo Awards 2025 for Threescore Housing Development at Bowthorpe.
Phase 3 of this housing scheme, procured through the Pagabo Medium Works Framework, created over £23m in Social Value through local spend, engaging with schools, local community organisations and supporting apprentices.
In particular, a close relationship was built with local schools Cloverhill VA Infant and Nursery School and St Michaels Junior School, the team engaging with the pupils in a variety of environmental and creative activities, site tours and school presentations.
