We are delighted to have now handed over Diamond Place, the award winning new Extra Care scheme in the village of Welton near Lincoln, to LACE Housing Association.
With the first residents due to move in very soon, this exciting new development promotes independent living and a sense of community, providing 62 one bedroom apartments for rent and 10 two bedroom bungalows available to buy. Its modern, practical and comfortable surroundings provide a restaurant, communal lounge, treatment room and landscaped gardens.
It was named Diamond Place to mark the year in which the Association celebrates its Diamond Jubilee and was created in partnership with West Lindsey District Council Lincolnshire County Council and with the support of the Parish Council and Government’s Homes England.
