Retail Equipment Coordinator

Background
R G Carter Projects is looking to appoint a Retail Equipment Coordinator, this role is an exciting opportunity to work with an established Retailer on a Roll Out Programme of works. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a large retail environment, delivering projects involving fixture moves and space planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing repurposing of fixtures in large retail environment
- Developing phasing plans and programs for our clients
- To ensure fixture installation teams are coordinated and ready to complete the project on schedule for handover to the store team
- Coordination of multiple programs at various locations simultaneously
- Develop and Maintain relationship with current manufacturer/vendors
- Assist in distribution and placement of store furniture and equipment
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient with PowerPoint / Excel essential
- Ability to work under pressure while always remaining professional
- Ability to listen to and understand information and action either verbally or in writing
- Ability to recognise, evaluate and resolve problems using independent judgement
- Ability to travel / work away, as required
Experience
- Experience in coordination /project management of large retail projects preferred
