Retail Equipment Coordinator

Bury St Edmunds - Permanent Position - Monday - Friday


R G Carter Projects is looking to appoint a Retail Equipment Coordinator, this role is an exciting opportunity to work with an established Retailer on a Roll Out Programme of works. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a large retail environment, delivering projects involving fixture moves and space planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing repurposing of fixtures in large retail environment
  • Developing phasing plans and programs for our clients
  • To ensure fixture installation teams are coordinated and ready to complete the project on schedule for handover to the store team
  • Coordination of multiple programs at various locations simultaneously
  • Develop and Maintain relationship with current manufacturer/vendors
  • Assist in distribution and placement of store furniture and equipment

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient with PowerPoint / Excel essential
  • Ability to work under pressure while always remaining professional
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and action either verbally or in writing
  • Ability to recognise, evaluate and resolve problems using independent judgement
  • Ability to travel / work away, as required


  • Experience in coordination /project management of large retail projects preferred
