R G Carter is looking for a Training Administrator to provide administration support within our small team at the Carter Academy.
The ideal candidate is to have a professional approach with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work as a team.
- Distribution of training certificates
- Sourcing dates for training requests
- Making training bookings with providers
- Adding courses to our training system
- Facilitating the evaluations of online courses by sending surveys for delegates to complete following their training
- Liaising with Finance department to ensure invoices for training are paid in a timely manner
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Basic computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage large volume of emails.
- Good organisation skills
- Know how to prioritise workload
- Full training will be given
