R G Carter is looking for a Training Administrator to provide administration support within our small team at the Carter Academy.

The ideal candidate is to have a professional approach with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work as a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribution of training certificates
  • Sourcing dates for training requests
  • Making training bookings with providers
  • Adding courses to our training system
  • Facilitating the evaluations of online courses by sending surveys for delegates to complete following their training
  • Liaising with Finance department to ensure invoices for training are paid in a timely manner

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage large volume of emails.
  • Good organisation skills
  • Know how to prioritise workload
