Introduction:

R G Carter was contracted to redevelop an existing site in Taylor Square, Beccles.

Details:

• Works included the demolition of two existing buildings
• Refurbishment and upgrade of two existing industrial units to form five retail units.
• Construction of three new retail units
• Associated services, draining, new electrical infrastructure and substation
• Formation of loading bays, paving and service road to access the rear of the site.
