We are delighted to have completed Silfield Oak Primary Academy, which is now being enjoyed by its very first reception pupils – “From little acorns, mighty oaks grow’.
Supporting the ever-growing population in the Wymondham area, this new school is managed by Unity Schools Partnership and over time will grow to support 420 children.
Designed by NPS Group, its two-storey building includes a reception, library, sports hall/dining hall and 15 classrooms. With extensive external space it also has a MUGA, 8,577 sqm of grass playing fields and an array of colourful play equipment at the front of the school.
The project was procured via the Norfolk County Council Construction Framework.
Well done to all the team that were involved in this much-needed, successful project, which we hope will benefit the community for many years to come.
