Waitrose Store Refurbishments – Swaffham, Norfolk

The refurbishment and refrigeration upgrade project at Waitrose Swaffham was completed by RG Carter Projects team within the programme, with a significant portion of the work undertaken outside trading hours to minimise disruption.

The project included a range of internal improvements, such as floor grinding and polishing, the installation of new refrigerated cases, fresh decorative finishes, a new fire alarm system, and the creation of a new sushi area. The back counters were refurbished, store signage upgraded, and checkout alterations carried out to enhance the customer experience.

External works comprised a full roof replacement, partial resurfacing of the car park, installation of new signage, external decorations, and the relocation of external plant to improve site functionality.
