At the R G Carter Plant Yard in Thetford, Andy Knights has been leading enhancements to help improve the organisation and efficiency, alongside ensuring equipment is prepared and ready for dispatch across the Group.
After 24 years in a construction role with the Firm, Andy joined the Plant team earlier this year, using his strong organisational skills to now help oversee equipment testing, maintenance and storage, aswell as making sure assets are site-ready when needed.
Working closely with Oliver Hannah and Dan Theobald in the team, Andy has helped drive ongoing improvements across the yard. Equipment has been refreshed, serviced and repaired where necessary, creating a well-organised operation that supports projects across R G Carter.
