At the new luxury carehome in Holt, for Kingsley Healthcare, it’s all hand on deck, as the team works hard to get the roof completed to ensure the building is watertight, ready to for an imminent topping out.
It’s a team effort as ever to get the job done and ensure all of areas of the building continues to progress. Here you can see Assistant Site Manager Jack Barron ( left) and Ben Culyer ( Site Manager), helping to board up one of the balcony areas, which will on the completion of the carehome, will form one of the communal resident spaces.
The 66 ensuite rooms and communal spaces such as dining, a library, cafe and hairdressers, are located across a West Wing, a Centre Core and an East Wing, which is the most progressed area and where plastering has now started.
