In the town of Stocksbridge near Sheffield, our team have been demolishing an existing library and commercial building, to make way for the first phase of transformation in the Manchester Road area. Collaborating with Sheffield City Council and Stocksbridge Town Fund Board, they will construct a new library with flexible, state-of-the-art spaces for business, training and community use: https://www.welcometostocksbridge.co.uk/projects/manchester-road-community-crossover-hub/

Funding for the project was first announced in 2019 as part of a wider £24.1m redevelopment project under the then government’s Levelling Up programme. It will provide a space where people can come together to access vital services, take part in community projects and socialise.

After a warm welcome from the local residents, our team are now eager to start the construction phase in the new year.
