At the Extra Care Apartments and Bungalows Project R G Carter are delivering at Welton near Lincoln for Lace Housing, the team recently welcomed a group of students from the local Welton St Mary’s Church of England Primary Academy for a tour of the site.
The pupils thoroughly enjoyed their visit and were talking about all the activities they could do in the building with its residents once it is open – including reading, games, taking along baking and refreshments in the café. A presentation was run on the building’s structure and purpose, a Q&A, a site tour and steel signing, and also plant demonstrations.
Headteacher Nicola Gough thanked the team for their time and looked forward to future visits. Pictured on back row with the students, left to right is Jason Wilson and Carl Greenwood from the R G Carter team.
