Transforming the site where the old Duke of York Public House in Boston once stood, our team from R G Carter Lincoln have now completed 18 assisted living flats for Framework Housing Association.
Specifically designed for the rehabilitation of vulnerable and homeless people, the flats provide safe and comfortable short-term accommodation. The ground floor consists of communal areas, offices and training rooms and will provide space for one-to-one and group support and advice sessions with its residents.
The team are extremely proud to have been a part of this incredibly worthwhile project, bringing much-needed benefits to the community.
