Offices delivered by R G Carter at 10 Station Road have been short-listed as a finalist in this year’s British Council for Offices Awards, which recognise excellence in workplace design and functionality.
The project is one of three developments R G Carter delivered on this busy Cambridge city centre street, and is a finalist in the Commercial Workplace category for the Midlands and Central England region, delivered for Brookgate.
Well done to everyone that was involved and good luck in the finals.
The building achieved multiple sustainability accreditations, including BREEAM Outstanding and an EPA rating of A. As part of the ambitious CB1 masterplan near Cambridge Rail Station, this BCO finalist status is a fitting acknowledgement of the innovation, collaboration and dedication behind this highly sustainable development.
