Phase 3 of the Canary Quay development in Norwich is progressing well, the site team busy with the final internal stages of the first 18 of 73 homes, ready for their hadn over in Spring 2021.
Groundworks have also now started around the block to create a cycle store, parking and access paving to the building, and on the North façade, rainscreen cladding is being added, along with curtain walling and glazing.
