A new drone film created shows the completed 323 apartments at the Canary Quay development in Norwich, which the team from R G Carter Ltd have delivered since work first started in June 2018.
A mix of private and affordable homes for Broadland Housing, the properties are located near Norwich City Football Club in the city centre; many apartments benefit from its lovely riverside location on the River Wensum.
The team are now working on Phase 4 of the development, constructing a further 101 apartments in the location seen lower left in the image. G M Piling having already completed all piling requirements on this fourth Phase, which hands over in Spring 2022.
