The team at Canary Quay are nearing completion on Phase 1 of the project. Final decorating works are commencing and heating systems being tested, making it hot work in the apartments just now!
The completed block will be handed over to Broadland Housing later this summer. Meanwhile on Phase 2, the sigmat steel structures are finished up to level 7, with roofing works now being carried out over the next 4 weeks and the adding of the rainscreen cladding.
Demolition for Phase 3 of the project has just started, ahead of piling requirements later this year.
