Training the next generation of skilled craftsman has always been at the heart of the Firm’s ethos, with a long tradition of supporting apprenticeships through our R G Carter Academy.
Carpentry Apprentices Luke and Ollie started with the Firm six months ago, and are certainly being kept busy! Seen here on the ThreeScore housing scheme, not only have they been gaining vital site experience but also valuable support and mentoring from our own carpenters passing down key skills for their future, the Firm’s and the industry.
