It was a big milestone at Bedford Hospital recently, when HM Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire, Susan Lousada, joined staff to officially open the new Outpatients facilities within the Cauldwell Centre. We were immensely proud to have delivered this refurbishment for Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, creating an additional 34 rooms, included 27 purpose-designed Outpatients rooms, 3 treatment rooms for minor procedures and 4 e-consultation rooms.
A challenging project requiring the full rework of the layout of the building, working in a live environment and all under tight time pressures but one we are so very pleased is already beneifting both NHS staff and its patients.
