At Thurston College, near Bury St Edmunds, the team recently completed a new teaching block for Suffolk County Council, all in perfect timing for the start of the new autumn term.
Sitting detached and adjacent to the main building, it will support and accommodate the ever growing number of pupils at this 1,700 pupil school for students aged 11–18.
The new building, designed by Concertus Design and Property Consultants Limited has provided the school with five additional classrooms, including new laboratories suitable for science lessons. A time capsule has also been buried in the grounds for future finding!
