It’s film and tv stars at the ready at Elstree Studios, where The Platinum Stages, the two new state of the art soundstages, are now ready for production companies to work their creative magic!
Clad in innovative timber cassettes, the new stages have a workable footprint of 3,210 sq ft, stand 65 ft tall and can be used as two separate stages or a combined super-sized one. New workshops and offices provide the production companies with all the space needed for their creative and practical needs.
The stages were delivered for Hertsmere Borough Council, and are among the best in the industry and will create hundreds of new jobs, plus provide apprenticeship and other learning opportunities, creating an even brighter future for the borough’s film and TV industry. Well done to all the team on this unique delivery.
