At the most easterly location in the UK at Ness Point in Lowestoft, we have recently started a cladding refurbishment project for Concertus Design and Property Consultants Limited, on the Orbis Energy Building.
Owned by Suffolk County Council, this purpose-built business centre is home to the renewable energy industry, supporting off shore renewable energy, supporting both new and existing enterprises.
Due to its close proximity to the coastline, the building since opening in 2008, has been subject to harsh coastal winds which have taken their toll on its cladding, which we are now busy replacing at either end of the building.
