At Threescore housing scheme in Bowthorpe, we have this month handed over the next 12 homes in Phase 4 to Norwich City Council. These affordable homes are a mix of two and three bedroom, semi detached and terraced houses, the handover marking over half way to the overall completion of this fourth phase we are currently delivering.
The team have completed over 43 properties in total over the last year, with 33 left to complete within this developing new community on the outskirts of Norwich.
