In Kensington, London, the team from R G Carter have recently completed their third full re-strip, space configuration and re-fit for Waitrose over the past few months.
On Gloucester Road, close to the Tube station you couldn’t have got a busier location for the team to navigate, throwing a host of challenges in the day to day running of the project. Deliveries were particularly awkward, requiring permits for every delivery, with a 10 day notice period needed for each! Forward planning was everything, as the store had to close for six weeks, opening on time imperative!
Well done to everyone involved, for keeping the project on the straight and narrow and ensuring our client successfully opened this important store on time. Now moving on to other Waitrose stores around the UK, the team will be kept very busy, for the foreseeable future!
