The fourth and final building at the Canary Quay development has now been ceremoniously ‘topped out’! Phase 4 will deliver 101 new homes at this Norwich riverside location as part of the 323 new homes in total.
Broadland Housing Group chair Chris Ewbank and Executive Development Director Andrew Savage were joined by members of our R G Carter team and Ingleton Wood LLP to mark the celebrations at this high point. Guests then got a tour of one of the new apartments, the first of which will be fitted out this week ready to market these last homes which sit adjacent to Norwich City Football Club.
We would like to thank everyone who has played a role in getting us to this moment in the project and look forward to handing over the development in the coming months.
