R G Carter were delighted to have recently hosted a topping out for Essex County Council on the roof of the new primary school in Beaulieu Primary School to mark the highest point of the building now being complete.
Representatives from ECC, along with Academy Transformation Trust, Ingleton Wood LLP and Strutt & Parker, joined our team on the roof to celebrate this important milestone, after a tour of the progress to date.
The new two storey school will provide a new sports hall and dining space, ground floor classrooms for reception and key stage 1 pupils, with the upper floor designated for key stage 2 pupils.
This environmentally friendly building aims to be Net Zero in operation and is due to open this autumn term, 2024.
