Our team at Wherry Lane in Bourne, Lincolnshire, welcomed Scott Perry to site for 6 weeks work experience, as part of an ex-forces resettlement programme.
Run to highlight potential career routes after leaving the military, his time shadowing our Senior Site Manager and helping with day to day activities on this site for Gravitas Housing Ltd, enabled Scott to experience a ‘hands on’ taster into the construction industry and gain an insight into various site roles.
