Progress is being made on the first phase of housing that we are constructing for Urban & Civic at Alconbury Weald.
The first sub-phase of five dwellings are due for completion during September to enable Urban & Civic to undertake their formal launch of what is their first site across the country where they will be selling their own dwellings to the market place.
Overall, phase one comprises fifty six dwellings in six sub phases consisting of 28 contemporary living houses and two apartment blocks each containing 14 flats and is due for completion in May 2019.
