Great news to hear that Goldsmith Street in Norwich, has now been confirmed as the largest PassivHaus residential development in the UK. With the final blocks successfully certified this week, the 93, energy efficiency homes, have become some of only a handful of buildings worldwide to achieve the Passivhaus building standard.
A huge congratulations to the all the team involved in this achievement, including Norwich City Council and architects Mikhail Riches and Cathy Hawley.
