The housing scheme at Canary Quay, Phase 4 is well underway with the staggered eight and six storey apartment blocks which sit adjacent to Norwich City Football Club. With the sfs structure now complete and glazing all installed by Drayton Windows, it is just final cladding that is being completed on the external of the building of these 101 apartments. This image shows the two block façades, one black and one white clad.
The south facing private garden podium for residents, that looks out onto the River Wensum, is now being built and concreted his week, and groundworkers are back soon to complete the paving to the front road side of the build.
Decoration is completing throughout internally on the six storey build, whilst Central Trades are busy on the second block on the carpentry underway throughout.
