It was official hand over day at the new Blue Light building on Princes Street in Ipswich recently where everyone involved met to mark the milestone.
Work has seen the complete refurbishment and extension of this 1980s fire station that will now be home to Suffolk Fire & Rescue and Suffolk Constabulary. The Fire Service have now moved across from Yarmouth Road’s Temporary Station with the Police will be moving in next summer.
A wonderful project to have been involved in, helping to improve facilities for the benefit of vital work delivered by these amazing community services.
