Further to Jonathan Gibbins’ recent visit to The Hamlet Charity to present an NCFI donation, he recently returned with Lorna Cousins, to deliver a donation of construction themed play equipment for the children to enjoy.
Children’s Service Senior Manager Jayne Buckingham and Jenny Kane, Marketing and Development Officer, gave a tour of the centre to show how they use the space to provide recreational, educational and social opportunities for children with disabilities and complex health needs. What a privilege to see the wonderful work delivered by all the staff at this busy and supportive facility.
Delighted with the items, they plan to use them in their outdoor courtyard space. We hope the children have lots of fun digging, building and getting creative with their new toys.
