Wonderful news that the South Lincolnshire FEZ Hub won the ‘Development Project of the Year’ in the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2023, which recognises and celebrates projects which contribute to Lincolnshire’s multi-million pound construction and property industry.
This flexible office space designed by Core Architects, opened in 2022, and forms the gateway to the new Food Enterprise Zone in Holbeach, which will support SMEs within the agri-food industry. A project we are extremely proud to have been a part of. Congratulations to all involved.
