A proud day as members of our team that played a part in the delivery of the Broadland Housing Canary Quay Housing development celebrated the hand over of the 4th and final Phase of this project. We first stepped onto this brownfield land adjacent to the River Wensum and Norwich City Football Club in the summer of 2018 to start building 323 apartments; four years, six months and forty days later it was complete.
It’s been real a journey for everyone with the challenge of a pandemic in the centre, however through commitment and sheer hard work from everyone involved, this amazing scheme was successfully delivered to the very highest of standards. A truly collaborative project. It’s teamwork that makes it happen!
