Landscaping is progressing well at The Winerack in Ipswich, with the main planted areas and trees now in place. Hard landscaping is also complete to the side and back of the apartments, enabling the use of the electric vehicle charged bays provided, the entrance to the car stacker.
The final paving work is now being completed to the river front, which will then complete the final pathways around The Winerack, and the route along the Wharf for the public.
With some residents already moved in and enjoying their new homes, Ipswich Wharf Developments are in full sales swing, as we become close to finishing all of these Ipswich based apartments, later in the month.
