R G Carter celebrated the official opening of a new 1,000 sq m research and development facility at Norwich Research Park for occupiers Leaf Systems International Ltd.

Completed on time and on budget, the new building is a fantastic addition to the Research Park.

The Leaf Systems facility was officially opened by Universities and Science Minister Jo Johnson who commented: “This pioneering technology is an example of British ingenuity – using plants to produce flu vaccines will benefit millions of people across the country.”

Chief Executive Officer for Norwich Research Park, Dr Sally Ann Forsyth said: “The new building is a great addition to the Park and supports the translation of world class research into innovative products for the global market. The speed of construction and completion to budget was achieved through close collaboration and the teams have done an excellent job”
