The office development at the Nar Ouse Enterprise Zone in King’s Lynn has been progressing well since the Borough Council of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk completed their short film at the site last month; https://lnkd.in/dAxJgMef
The team have been busy with the cladding and brickwork on the first of the two storey office blocks, which also has warehouse storage space for each resident company. The second traditional office block seen at the back of the image has now had the SFS and brickwork finished, ready for cladding to start.
These facilities are the first to be built on this 15 hectare brownfield site where office, industrial and research space is being developed to enable local businesses to thrive.
