This complex scheme is bordered by teaching accommodation on three sides of the compound and utilises three different frame solutions, providing a high quality facility for the school upon completion.

Due to be handed over later this year, the insitu concrete frame is now complete with a very high quality finish achieved on all ‘visible’ elements in particular.

Additionally, the structural steel frame (which forms the auditorium) has also been completed. This section of the works includes two rows of seating and a technical gallery on the first floor.

The team have been highly praised by the Client and their consultants for the quality of finish on both the steel and concrete frames. Local residents (who have seen many changes to the school campus in recent years) have also commended the manner in which R G Carter are delivering the works, stating that the team are “the most considerate contractor that has ever worked at Perse”.
