Broadland Gate Police Station

Broadland Police Station was built to respond to changing crime types and to expand detective and safeguarding resources to match the increase in service demands. It will be a centre of excellence for detective investigations, safeguarding, crime scene investigation and public protection services, servicing both Norwich and wider East Norfolk communities.

The project consists of a two-storey office building, a PSE (Property Subject to Enquiry) building, an interview building, a car port, a dog store and associated external works.

The 4,000m² office building is steel framed with a flat roof, brick and block cavity walls, composite decking to the first floor and a mixture of PCC block and beam/ground bearing in-situ concrete to the ground floor.
