Holiday Inn Extension, Lincoln

Construction of a new build extension at the Holiday Inn in the centre of Lincoln on the Brayford Wharf.

This new addition was much needed accommodation and has increased capacity by a further 55 executive bedrooms, this also involved the creation of super-executive corner bedrooms on each floor.

The works for the extension took place while the existing hotel remained in operation and occupied by guests. The hotel also remained in operation during the enabling and refurbishment works to the existing building. The works took place in a constricted city centre area with tight access. We took into account the adjoining buildings / neighbours and carried out the works without disrupting the activities of these neighbours and authorised visitors.

We took into account the use of surrounding land, adjacent buildings and roads and ensured they were unaffected by the works.
