Wherry’s Lane Housing Development

R G Carter completed the Wherry’s Lane Project for 25 new dwellings in Bourne, for Gravitas Housing at the end of 2019.

The traditionally built, high-quality housing scheme consists of two L-shaped blocks containing 20 apartments and 5 townhouses which surround a communal parking and turning area.

The units are traditional/timber frame construction and the project including landscaping, car parking and access roads to the new properties.
