It was a pleasure to welcome The Lighthouse Charity’s Make it Visible team on two of our Norfolk based sites to deliver heartfelt talks on mental health.
The Grow-on Building (GB1) at the Norwich Research Park and the new SEN School being built in Swaffham, gathered over 70 people from R G Carter and subcontractors for a bacon roll and a hot drink, to stop work for this important session.
The charity’s work highlights the critical need to address mental health issues within construction, encouraging people to speak up and support one another.
