In 2019, our Building Solutions team proudly restored and refurbished the historic 1938 Watch Office in Alconbury Weald, to its former glory. They have now returned and converted the camouflaged Nissen Hut into a Bistro Café and Bar, welcoming the role to see such an important historic building being used once again, and for the benefit of the local community.
This new facility will be used by surrounding businesses in this developing area managed by Urban&Civic, including New Shire Hall, the new headquarters for Cambridge County Council which R G Carter recently delivered opposite.
