A complex scaffolding system required on the re-roofing project for the Wilkins Building at King’s College,Cambridge, is currently being erected over its magnificent Dining Hall. Completed in 1838 and situated in the Front Court, the existing roof tiles on this Grade 1 listed building will be removed and new grey Welsh slate laid, all underneath a covered haki roof to keep the weather out during progress.

This 6 months historic restoration project will also entail cleaning and repairing the beautiful stained glass windows in the Hall and the stonework.
